The app itself is great, but the delivery time has become terrible. My UAE orders used to arrive in 10 days to two weeks; the last time, it took almost a month or more, and one package went missing entirely. What's worse, there was no apology or effort to find a workaround — they simply said it was missing and that I wouldn't be charged for it. I hope the team reviews their delivery service and takes the time to improve it.

This application is excellent! Deliveries typically arrive much more quickly compared to other services. I have placed numerous orders, and each one has been received without any issues. A minor point of concern is the lack of progress updates after an item has been purchased until its arrival. I hope this aspect can be enhanced in the future. I would've given 5 stars if I could get real-time tracking.

the application is good, but there's variation on shipping cost from days to days which is obvious according to the employee working on it. They sell things in US dollars and exchange it much more expensive than the market.I had 3 times deposits mistakes, they omit one zero so easily if you don't check after them so insteadof 500 you will have 50 in your wallet. The only good thing is that goods are received and kept and can be delivered to you at your convenience. cost and exchange are not good
