Ratings and reviews

UI is confusing, and graphic elements are very rough, not refined at all. The app feels incomplete, maybe delivered in a rush. About the service: stop 22 is absurdly incorrectly marked. Not just the GPS coordinates are wrong, but there's also an official *SIGN* with their company name, yet drivers were unfamiliar with it and didn't stop. TWICE. Staff at the next stop recognized the problem and reported it, but as of yesterday, it was not fixed.

Terrible Experience the last bus timings aren't mentioned which is crucial information. The app should have this basic feature uninstalling this and not recommending Golden Tours

Completely dusfunctional service, wait time between buses is closer to 45 minutes than the promised 20 minutes, drivers are not knowledgeable about routes and are unprofessional. Full loop tours end way earlier than said. The app does a poor job of showing when the next bus is coming or even the routes. Worthless service.
