Absolute garbage. They're forcing me to download this broken app to access tickets I already paid for, and the app is not allowing me to sign in or create an account. When I hit submit on the form, nothing happens. No way to directly contact support, I had to submit an email ticket. The show is tomorrow. Hopefully they get back to me before then. I don't understand how this is legal.

This app is pure frustration & garbage. Every time I've tried to buy a ticket on it it's been nothing but hassle. It always times out or has some error and then when you do finally get through it says zero tickets available even though there are tickets available. Absolute waste, do not recommend.

I've been trying for more than an hour to transfer tickets to a friend. multiple different errors with pink bands on the top including time ou t errors, and most recently, an error code 400 message about the site skin being invalid. this would be funny if it wasn't threatening to deprive a young girl of her chance to see an artist that she really likes. I logged a comment, received an email response, followed the instructions, and got zero help on this one. what are the service fees for anyway?
