On Saturday evening, you settle accounts with the master. He says, "I gave you 340 grams," while your ledger says 336. You both look at your own ledger, and you're both sure. Finding where those four grams went sometimes takes longer than calculating that week's profit.
There are customers, masters, branches, colleagues. Everyone keeps their own ledger, and the ledgers are only compared face-to-face. GoldMath's goal is this: to put the records of both sides side-by-side.
First, your own ledger. You enter a transaction, and the cash and current accounts move in the right direction together. You don't have to think about which account will be debited and which will be credited. There's no longer a situation where you say, "I wrote it on one side, but forgot the other." The rest is built on top of that.
TRANSACTION ENTRY
30 ready-made transaction types — gold buying and selling, gold with workmanship, scrap, returns, collections and payments, currency exchange and conversion. You write the milligram and gram weight, and the purity and workmanship weight appear as you enter. Before saving, you see the impact of the transaction on the balance. Records can be corrected, reversed, and copied. A deleted transaction can be restored, leaving its trace in the ledger.
CURRENT ACCOUNTS
Customer, supplier, workshop, partner, personnel, bank, and expense accounts are all together. Who owes how much gold, how much labor, and how much cash — all three are kept separate; receivables and payables are not mixed. For each current account, the balance of pure gold, Turkish Lira, US dollars, and Euros is kept separately. The Customer Card automatically classifies customers according to the work done and volume.
CASH AND REPORTS
Net position: physical gold, gold in the workshop, receivables and payables — in pure grams and Turkish Lira. Profit and loss are calculated separately for gold and cash; labor income is not absorbed into sales profit. The Turkish Lira, US dollar, and Euro cash accounts are tracked separately. Daily and weekend summaries are automatically prepared.
WORKSHOP AND RECONCILIATION
The craftsman enters his work from his own phone. Receipts, payments, losses — everything is recorded within the weekly cycle. Your record matches the master's based on pure gram weight, and any discrepancies appear in a separate list. You don't have to try to remember who said what on Saturday evening; you just look at the list. An alert is sent when a workshop-specific threshold is exceeded; losses are calculated, not estimated.
NOTIFICATIONS
When the other party enters a transaction, a notification appears. You tap it, and the form opens filled with grams, milling, and quantity. You record it, and that's it — you don't have to enter the same information twice. You also receive notifications when receivables are delayed and when a high-value transaction is entered.
MARKET AND TOOLS
Live prices for pure gram, 22-karat, ONS, dollars, and euros — with your own buy-sell spread. Four calculators at the workbench: melting, alloy mixing, value, and fineness-milling converter.
RECEIPTS AND SHARING
Thermal printer via Bluetooth and network. Transaction and current balance slips are printed; multiple transactions of a customer are combined into a single slip. If there is no printer, the slip is shared visually.
SECURITY AND ACCESS
Login with Face ID and fingerprint. Main screen and cash totals are secured with a PIN. The business owner sees all records, while the craftsman sees only their own workshop. Records are sealed in a way that prevents later alteration; it is clear who did what and when.
PERSONNEL
Personnel salaries are tracked with their equivalent in pure gold; advances, deductions, and aggregate payroll are supported.
MULTIPLE BRANCHES
Each branch keeps its own ledger, and the central office sees all of them. You can separately track capital flowing from the central office to the branch and profits returning from the branch.
INTER-BUSINESS CONNECTION
You connect your current account to a colleague using GoldMath. When they enter a transaction for you, you receive a notification, the form opens full, and both ledgers remain up-to-date. If a transaction is later corrected or canceled, that is also notified. Reconciliation is not left until the end of the month.
Phones and tablets share the same account instantly.
GoldMath is not a replacement for formal accounting, statutory ledgers, or declaration tools; it is a business management and tracking tool to help you keep your own records organized.
