Ratings and reviews

The app has drastically reduced its performance with upcoming updates. Before there used to be engaging content and we could fill surveys without any glitches.. Now the page keeps on loading continuously and you can't even complete the survey. After completion also i have not received the points. There needs to be an improvement in this aspect and like the older versions used to have fun filled games and other challenges should be adapted again.

Updated now after which the app isnt working. After clicking on the app, screen goes black for 10seconds and then opens but none of the options working and finally a message comes "crownit isnt responding". Kindly solve the issue before Friday so that I don't lose out on my rewards (if won). I would also like to know what is the usage of adding 'lifetime tickets'. It has gone bad this year. Login issues all the time.
