it has been very helpful finding places. and more importantly, finding our way back. in a borrowed golf cart, with my passenger holding the phone, if you touch the screen or move the map, there doesn't seem to be a way to re-center it. resetting the directions while moving didn't seem to work. app doesn't seem to adjust to missed directions. missed a tunnel, sent us at least a half mile, across an entrance to a neighborhood, to a circle to turn around and come back.

I could not get permission to use the GPS app when I got my new phone. I sent a quick request for help to your Help Team. They replied immediately with an email providing instructions on how to reactivate the Villages GPS app. I am very thankful to their quick response. Your hep team made it very easy!

I had a difficult time getting the app to work after downloading it. Operator error, I must say the tech support team is AMAZING! We are new to the Villages, and this app is a MUST have. However, I had no idea that it was going to surprise me by giving me SO MUCH more than help getting around on the golf cart trails/ paths/ roads. I would HIGHLY recommend this app if you are new to the villages. Add to it tech support is AMAZING.
