Can't create account on android because sign up button is hidden behind bottom control buttons. Need to fix

Can't even sign up cause the continue button is behind the back and home buttons on an Android at the bottom.

I love this app!! I am the Captain of my Team of players. It's so easy to invite my golf buddies to play. No more wasting time texting back and forth. Everything I need is a click away!! I am IN on this app!!
