Can't create an account either from the app itself or with my Gmail. Clicking on Gmail does nothing and trying to create an account through the app doesn't work either as it keeps loading at the OTP step.

The app is unable to even log in. Uninstalled after less than 10 minutes of trials. There's no QA team working with you??
