One of the main issues I faced with the GoMyGo app is related to poor coordination and lack of proper information. The bus does not arrive at the bus stop that is mentioned during booking. Instead, passengers are asked to travel by a local vehicle to another location, which is very inconvenient. Moreover, there is no prior information or notification about this change. Because of this, I had to face unnecessary confusion and difficulty. On top of that, they call passengers to the bus stop much

“This is by far the worst app for booking bus tickets. Do not use it. The seat you book is not guaranteed, and you may not even get the seat you paid for. I contacted customer support, but they were completely unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Highly unreliable service and a total waste of time and money.” 😤🚫
