About this app

GoneFish Aquarium is the mobile companion for GONE Fishing, the fishing game and community at gonefishing.gg. Sign in with Google or Apple and run your own aquarium from your phone. The same profile works on the website, so your tank, inventory, and progress stay with you across devices.

CAST AND CATCH

Tap cast and pull fish from the water. Each catch comes in as a paper ticket with the species, weight, rarity, serial number, and value stamped on it. Common bass and rare legendaries use different ticket art. Trophy weights and holo catches get their own variants. Watch the reveal, flip the ticket over, and add the fish to your collection.

BUILD YOUR TANK

Stock a personal tank and arrange which fish swim on display. Your aquarium has a running value based on what you hold. Visit other anglers to see how they laid out their tanks and compare stats like total casts, species caught, and collection size.

COLLECTION AND CODEX

Browse every species you have landed. Filter by rarity, region, weight band, and tradable status. Track region mastery and species expert progress as you fill out the codex. The collection screen is built for browsing hundreds of catches, not just your latest pull.

SHOP, CRAFT, AND SELL

Buy rods and bait from the in-app shop. Equip a rod before you cast. Craft items from your inventory when recipes are available. Sell fish you do not want to keep and turn catches into shards, the currency used across the aquarium economy. Shard balances and bait stacks update live from the server.

TRADE ON THE MARKET

List fish on the player market or buy from other anglers. Post trade offers, accept incoming deals, or cancel listings you no longer need. Tradable catches show a catch tag on the ticket so you know what can move before you list it.

DUELS

Challenge another player to a duel and cast against them under shared rules. Follow duel progress from the cast screen, resolve the outcome when the round ends, and jump back into the lobby for another match.

GAME PROFILE AND COMMUNITY

Link a Steam account to merge your PC game stats with your aquarium profile. Open your game profile to see catches, unlocks, and leaderboard standing from the main GONE Fishing client. Check daily, weekly, and monthly challenges. Open Species Analysis for breakdowns by fish type and region. Use Live View when you want a streamer-style look at your profile data.

ACCOUNT AND SETTINGS

Link or unlink Google, Apple, Discord, Twitch, Kick, and Steam from profile settings. Preview and merge profiles if you played on multiple accounts before linking. Accept community rules, pick a profile theme, and manage supporter subscription options through Stripe checkout when available.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You do not need the PC game to use the aquarium. Many players start on mobile or the website and link Steam later. If you already play GONE Fishing on Steam, the aquarium gives you a second place to fish, collect, and trade without sitting at your desk.

The main GONE Fishing game is a separate Steam title with its own client, maps, baits, and leaderboard submissions. This app connects to the aquarium side of the platform: casting, inventory, tank layout, market, duels, and profile tools.
