App doesn't know how to count!! I ordered 2 of the same drink but the receipt showed only 1. I thought it was my mistake so I placed a second order. When I went to pick up, I realized I DID order (and paid for) 2 drinks on my first order and the store received the correct order. So I spent extra money and came home with a drink that I didn't need (the 2nd order). Please fix this bug.

App's not great but the tea is! I can't create an account nor sign in after I went to my web browser to create one. Just sits and loads. I did also have an issue with ordering online via web. I (totally my fault here) ordered twice since when i submitted the order, it just reloaded to a white screen that after 30 minutes finally loaded to say order failed, but I was still charged for the 2 orders. The gal at the store was so nice and gave me the drinks, it didnt even hit their system! Ah well.

My local store apparently closed weeks ago, but the app let me order from it AND charged my credit card despite the store never acknowledging the order. (I only learned the store was closed when I drove there). Used Contact feature in app, been 3 weeks and 2 attempts an no one from Gong Cha Support reached out. Un-installed. Never buying again from this company.
