About this app

Gonpack is the app that carries bags, purchases and even pets between Brazil and the United States in the luggage of someone already taking the trip. Senders pay less than traditional shipping. Travelers earn money with the space left in their bags. Payment stays in escrow with Gonpack and is only released when delivery is confirmed by code.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

✈️ Carry bags — post your trip, say how much space you have and receive requests from people who need to ship. You choose what to accept.

📦 I want to ship — post the bag or package, the route and the date. Posting is free. Travelers send offers and you close with the one you prefer.

🛒 Bring it to me — want a product only sold abroad? Ask for it, a traveler buys it and brings it to you.

🐾 Pet — your pet travels with a trusted traveler, with its own steps and a photo at every stage.

🧳 Build my bag — shop at US stores, have everything delivered to the Gonpack Center and we pack and ship your bag.

📮 Forwarding — use our US address to receive purchases and forward them to Brazil.

🎁 Refer and earn — invite friends and earn credit when they complete their first shipment.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Post what you need to ship or the trip you are taking.
2. Receive offers in the negotiation room and agree on the price.
3. Pay by card, Pix or wallet balance. The money stays in escrow.
4. Follow every step with notifications: acceptance, sealing, boarding and delivery.
5. On delivery, the receiver shows the code and the traveler confirms. Payment is released.

SAFETY

• Profile verified with an ID document and a selfie, reviewed by real people. Only verified users can withdraw.
• Coded seals, prohibited-items list and baggage rules inside the app.
• App lock with PIN, Face ID or fingerprint.
• Report and block users, in-app support.

FOR TRAVELERS

• Get paid to your wallet as soon as delivery is confirmed.
• Withdraw by Pix in Brazil or bank transfer in the US.

Routes between Brazil and the United States, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. No subscription, no monthly fee: the Gonpack service fee is charged together with each shipment payment and is always shown before you confirm.
