Ratings and reviews

The app is not well configured. To pick a date of birth you will have to scroll on monthly basis, for older people like us your finger goes numb before you get to it. This is not how these things are designed nowadays. Also the Visa number is not accepted. It means the format for Visa number has not been included in the first item thereby rendering the app impossible to use by visitors.

Exceptional experience when I last visited, however, there is a little problem with the App, I tried to re-book for 09th July 21 but Alert popped up saying Permit already been granted but that was not the case as I didn't receive any mail or a barcode, had to reschedule my visit to 16th July 21.

User friendly app. Important information is present on home screen, so you don't need to go look under a hidden tab somewhere.
