About this app

The purpose of this app is to give users of Jefferson Bus Lines a way to access the most requested tools for our services. This includes a list of bus stop locations, the bus tracker tool, a way to purchase tickets, a link to our current discounts, as well as how to contact us. While our website can provide all of these tools, it would be helpful for end users to have an app that keeps track of their ticketing information as well. We will also be using this functionality to expand our notification system to alert customers when there will be significant delays or cancellations to their routes.

I've been trying to get some basic information and cannot get anyone to actually talk to. I've been on hold for Customer Service for 25 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm trying to book a ticket from Northern Minnesota to St Paul to see a friend in hospice. I just need to ask a few questions, but have no way to get through to actually talk to someone. If Jefferson Lines values their customers, they cannot continue to operate like this. Now on hold for 30 minutes. Just shameful.

Unfortunately, I have to give this one-star review. It's extremely hard to get in contact with customer service. Not only that, but even though they are impacted by weather, they make you pay to continuously change your ticket. I've paid over $200 to change my ticket twice.

It took an hour to get to the part where I put in my info then it just wont go farther it keeps popping up with "oops something went wrong ple" and won't let me go farther. I love Jefferson lines but the app is a pos.
