New review as of 6.27.23: Please fix the reorder feature. I'm tired of having to recustomize my orders every single time! Makes me want to go somewhere else. Also, I can't find where to change my payment preference. Very frustrating!!! There was an update recently, and I can't get into my account to view orders, change password, update payment card, etc. Sad, because I really love my local shop, but not being able to access my own account settings is weird.

App was working well for a while. I bought $200 in gift cards during a recent promotion and used most of one card. The app is currently throwing an error regarding payment method although I am using a gift card with several times the balance of the order. The gift cards don't appear in my online account either, so I am out over $100 if I can't use the app to pay. Very frustrating.

Easy to use ! Easy clear ordering options and payments. Tracking points and redeeming for free stuff is a breeze! You might not get notifications when your order is ready though. Also guy in store asked me for ID to check if this is my order as it is not clearly shown on home screen. Not a problem but ID for getting your Half sandwich is a bit weird 😅
