New review as of 6.27.23: Please fix the reorder feature. I'm tired of having to recustomize my orders every single time! Makes me want to go somewhere else. Also, I can't find where to change my payment preference. Very frustrating!!! There was an update recently, and I can't get into my account to view orders, change password, update payment card, etc. Sad, because I really love my local shop, but not being able to access my own account settings is weird.

Easy to use ! Easy clear ordering options and payments. Tracking points and redeeming for free stuff is a breeze! You might not get notifications when your order is ready though. Also guy in store asked me for ID to check if this is my order as it is not clearly shown on home screen. Not a problem but ID for getting your Half sandwich is a bit weird 😅

App has better look and feel but can't use gift card as payment method for online purchase. I'm not going to write down everyone's order, take it to the store, provide the info, and then wait. seems like an app defect since web site says gift cards valid for online orders.
