Technical information on using permissions in the app:

1. Audio playback in the background (Foreground Service Permission)

This app uses Foreground Service Permission to ensure uninterrupted audio playback even when the app is minimized or running in the background. Without this permission, playback would stop as soon as the app is closed.

• Playback is controlled via the notification bar (Play, Pause, Skip).

• Audio playback will only start if the user actively taps “Play”.

• The user can stop playback and the associated Foreground Service at any time.

2. Location-based push notifications (Geolocation Permission)

This app uses location permission to send location-based push notifications. This enables, among other things:

• Geofencing-based notifications in specific locations (e.g. event notices or special information).

• Location-based content & updates when users are in specific locations.

• If the user does not allow permanent location sharing, the app can only retrieve the location during active use to provide relevant information.

The location query only takes place with the active consent of the user and can be deactivated at any time in the app settings.
