I lost a potential sale while fooling around trying to get this app to work. I enter my log-in info and press "Log into Good Dog" but nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it several times. I have cleared the app's cache. I have tried changing my password. I have had to resort to logging in through their website. Even then, messages disappear, photos and videos don't go through. Just awful.

This app crashes my phone. Every time I get on the app I can't close the app. if I go to leave or close the app it crashes my phone and I have to do a hard reset. I have a google pixel 8, I have tried multiple ways to leave and close the app. it makes using the app impossible. I can do everything else fine. but leaving without crashing is impossible. edit: the support reached out to me and got details about the incident that was happening and actually took the time to figure it out.

I love the platform. It's a great reliable way to find families searching for reputable breeders. They interview each breeder and require them to show proof of health, genetic testing, and titles. The downside and the only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the fees they now charge. instead of a subscription fee, they now charge 6.5% on all payments. That doesn't even include the platform fee, insurance, and taxes they are charging the families. I love the platform but hate the new policies
