Paid for it in the beginning only and now it's telling to switch from free experience to premium even after paying before only..... worked fine for few months smoothly now all the features are not available for what they call free(even though I paid).... moreover to even contact the support team there is no number but only a button.... after atleast requesting for support 3 to 4 times there There is yet no reply. please help

I purchased the ncert abyas batch 5-6 months ago and it was working all fine until one day I opened the app only to see that my account has been restricted for some reason I'm still unknown to. I tried contacting the team as well but there's no response from them.. it's been around 10 days now.
