Please do not use this app. we ordered through their promotional. then, they claim to miss us (we were home). it seems like they never show up and just put us as missed delivery. I have heard from others that they put as delivered but was never delivered. After reaching out, they claim we violated their policy and had to canceled. Such a BS answer. im sure if you search around, you will notice more about this company. please beware and do not use. save yourself time and money.

App has a crashloop on open, clearing cache did not help, uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. Completely unusable. I use Goodeggs regularly from their website, and their service and products are great. But this Android app needs a complete rewrite.

Editing to add: for several deliveries, the delivery person has stacked heavy boxes in front of my door in a way that traps me inside. I have left notes, I have put signs, I have called them- everyone can figure out not to trap someone in their home except goodeggs. Incredibly dangerous. Avoid if you are disabled, elderly, etc. App has gitten markedly worse the past year- slow, unresponsive, crashing. Enough to discourage orders.
