About this app

The Good Energy app makes it easy for you to manage your own energy account. Use the app to:

- Submit meter readings
- Pay your energy bill using a card or Google or Apple Pay
- View your energy usage in kWh and £ (if you have a smart meter)
- Manage your feed in tariff account
- And much more.

Good Energy was set up 25 years ago to tackle climate change. Today we’re a one-stop-shop for customers looking to run their homes and businesses on green energy.

We supply 100% renewable electricity sourced from over 2,000 generators across the UK, as well as green gas. We install heat pumps, solar panels, battery storage solutions and EV charge points. With regards to FIT meter readings and related data, the payments and previous readings pages are not aesthetically pleasing, they just look like a dump of data. The previous version segmented the payments into yearly sections and totals for each year. Why has this feature been removed? I found it so useful to be able to view yearly totals at a glance. To me the whole idea of an upgrade is to improve aesthetics, user friendliness and add new relevant features, not to remove useful information.

Can't log in to new app. Previously had no problems with others apps. Frustrating, hope it's sorted soon. Had message to say problems had been sorted but after trying again still can't log in using app. On phone. Please advise.

As ever with your tech roll outs. Epic fail at the first hurdle. Doesn't even manage to sign in. Rofl. Yep, it actually works now. How about rolling out gradually rather than encouraging a mass pile in that you can't handle.
