Goodlist is a personal to-do list with alarms that ring until you answer them and medicine reminders you won't miss. It starts simple, grows with you, and speaks 12 languages.
Sign up and start adding tasks in seconds — no group, no setup. Every task you create is private to you by default.
Type a task, or tap the microphone and just say it: "Buy milk tomorrow" becomes a task, due tomorrow. You see the words it heard before anything is saved, and nothing is ever recorded — your phone turns speech into text, and Goodlist only receives the text.
Give a task a day and it turns up on the calendar. Turn on its alarm and your phone rings at the exact time — and keeps ringing until you tap Stop, Snooze or Done. Say "remind me to call the vet at 5pm" and the alarm is already on.
Add a medicine and Goodlist reminds you at every dose, until you answer it. Give it different times on different days if you need to — say 4:10 on weekdays and 9:00 at weekends. Mark each dose taken or skipped with one tap, and see the week's adherence at a glance. It's a reminder and a record, not medical advice.
Tell a pill from a chore without looking: medicine reminders and task alarms ring with different sounds. Pick each one in Settings — Beeps, Chime, Bell or Rising — and hear a preview first.
Goodlist speaks your language: English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, Русский, العربية, हिन्दी, Bahasa Indonesia, Filipino, 日本語 and 简体中文. It follows your phone, or you can pick one in Settings. Arabic lays out every screen right to left.
When you're ready, create or join a group — Family or Team — with an invite code, and send each other Requested tasks with your name on them, so it's always clear who asked for what. Family on an iPhone or a computer can join at goodlist.expo.app. Your personal tasks stay exactly as they were.

Creating a second group or sharing a medicine for the first time starts a 30-day free trial, no card needed. You can also leave a tip to support the app; it earns you a Supporter badge but unlocks nothing.
Goodlist doesn't show ads, doesn't track you for advertising, and doesn't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the specifics.
