**Basic information about the terms of loans secured by property:**
We operate in accordance with Federal Law No. 196-FZ of July 19, 2007, "On Pawnshops."
You can apply for a secured loan:
- at any of our branches;
- at a convenient location using the "mobile pawnshop" service.
Secured loans are available to citizens over 18 years of age. Only a passport is required for application:
- the loan debt can be repaid at any time, up until the date of foreclosure in accordance with the loan agreement;
- maximum loan repayment period: 365 days;
- The full loan repayment period is 61 days (please check the term according to your tariff);
- Minimum annual percentage rate: 0%;
- Maximum annual percentage rate (APR): up to 134.6% (please check the rate on the day of application).
The interest rate on loans corresponds to the established value of the total cost of credit in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation https://www.cbr.ru/statistics/bank_sector/psk/

The loan cost is calculated using the formula:
Amount to be repaid = Loan amount + Interest amount
where, Interest amount = Loan amount x Rate in % / 365 x Loan period in days
Example calculation for a loan secured by 1,000 rubles, with a term of 61 days, at an interest rate of 134.6% per annum.
Refund amount = 1,000 + 224.9 = 1,224.9 rubles.
Where, the interest amount is: 1,000 x 134.6% / 365 x 61 = 224.9 rubles.
