For a podcast player, it's pretty good. As a podcaster, I'm more impressed that all of my podcast's 7 seasons are easily found on Goodpods. Over the years, I've had to change platforms a few times due to changes in storage limits, elimination of certain features, or other changes to the platforms. It was a nice surprise to discover I could easily go to any previous season of my podcast and listen to an episode from years earlier and from a different platform...all in one place.

love the idea but this was unusable. already annoying i have to pick 5 subgenres of podcasts i enjoy (i'm not looking for recommendations, i don't listen by genre) but the search function is very broken. on the website it's bad (loads for a while and usually shows a white screen) but at least searching "mcelroy" got results ("my brother" didn't), on the app i couldn't get a single podcast to show up in the podcast category after 5 minutes of trying (the episode & person categories work)

I began using Goodpods in order to support smaller companies. The app I loaded onto my Android device could really use some help. It isn't very easy to keep track of which was the last episode I listened to on my saved podcasts. It would also help if when I navigated to my saved podcast series page, I could be presented with a list of episodes immediately, without having to click on anything. Mediocre app with lots of room to improve if they want to compete with the big guys.
