The services is very poor. The take more then 3 hours to deliver the order. Looks like the help and support centers are managed by the shop staffs. There is no customer service or aupport.

Customer support is completely ABSENT. No one picks up the phone, no one replies to the so called ''live chat" feature in the app. I'd cancelled an order and it's been more than a week and there's no refund and noone is answering the calls and emails. Wouldn't recommend this app at all, there are others which offer way better service than this useless app.

I wish to rate them zero, if I just could. They have the worst user experience. It was impossible to track the order. The app kept crashing and failing. Nobody picked up the call that was mentioned. The headache was so not worth it. Never got my ordered delivered. I cancelled it on the app the next day and guess what, never got my money back. It's been week! Just plain pathetic.
