their chat support through WhatsApp doesn't work.. no other support. I ordered 2 times from them and both times I didn't get the order on the same day so I cancelled the order from the app hoping the refund would be processed automatically. 2 months after I'm still waiting for the refund and a response from them. and the phone no. provide on the app for support also stays busy all the time.

worst delivery experience... they change order as per their own wish. not even seek confirmation from customer before changing the order. Delivery is always atleast and hour late, that to when customer reminds them about the order by calling. Else, they don't even check the order. Customer service is even worse.

I wish to rate them zero, if I just could. They have the worst user experience. It was impossible to track the order. The app kept crashing and failing. Nobody picked up the call that was mentioned. The headache was so not worth it. Never got my ordered delivered. I cancelled it on the app the next day and guess what, never got my money back. It's been week! Just plain pathetic.
