About this app

WORB is an app for members of shared offices and coworking spaces. Whether you are working remotely or need an office space, you can manage everything from check-in to subscriptions and payments directly through the app.

■ Check-in via QR and View Usage History

· You can instantly display check-in and check-out QR codes from the Home screen and tap to zoom in and scan them.

· The QR code is displayed when you have a valid plan or pass, or when you are already checked in.

· While checked in, your usage time is tracked on the Home screen.

· In the Membership tab, you can view the number of visits and total/average usage time for the current month, as well as check-in and check-out times by month. (Only records of completed check-outs are tallied.)

■ Manage Memberships and Payments

· You can view the office membership plans and prices available at your location and subscribe immediately using your registered card. It automatically renews via a monthly recurring payment.

· You can cancel at any time in Subscription Management, and even after cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current usage period. · You can register up to 5 cards and designate a primary card. Pointing your camera at a card will automatically fill in the card number and expiration date (if not recognized, enter them manually).

· In the payment history, you can view the cumulative amount and number of transactions for the year. For completed payments (excluding canceled ones), you can save and share receipts as images.

■ Connect with members from the same branch

· The Community tab opens a bulletin board for one branch where the paid plan is valid.

· You can like and comment on posts, and report inappropriate posts or comments. You can also delete your own posts and comments.

■ Explore branches

· On the Branch tab map, you can view registered branches as pins. Tap a branch from the list to view photos, introductions, operating hours, contact information, transportation, and amenities.

· For branches with registered temperature and humidity, you can view the current readings on the Home screen.
