They say "free delivery" and "same day, after 2 hours," but it's now been four days and I haven't received my order. I can't contact them; only WhatsApp bots keep repeating the same tracking information. When I go to the website, the tracking is identical and hasn't updated. This will be my first and final order from your establishment. I kindly request that you provide accurate delivery times to your customers. This has been my experience.

Honestly, the delivery process was pretty confusing, and the customer service wasn't great. It ended up wasting a lot of my time. The app isn't smooth or easy to use either.
