This app is user-friendly and easy to understand. Costs and coverage are transparent. I was able to push a button to bring the phone number up right on my dialer screen for a quick answer to my question from a real person. She was thorough, professional, and very courteous. She had my account up so fast! A very good experience. A+++ guys!
This review is about the app only, not about Petplan's service itself. The app is flat-out bad. It doesn't load half the time, regularly forgets my login information, and tends to freeze on blank screens when I try to do anything. When the app flow works as expected, it's good enough. It's easy to submit a claim, but impossible to find the forms you need (such as the *mandatory* veterinary history form).

The app doesn't want load any information, it takes forever and sometimes days by the time it does. I submitted a claim about a week and a half ago and still have not seen any progress status shows as it being assigned to someone but that's it. And I haven't been able to add my pets vet it keeps showing its loading. Once things change I'll change my rating.
