Ratings and reviews

Won't let me sign in to an app I have paid for for the last 2 years, so I just cancelled. Fix your app. I already uninstalled and reinstalled. It's junk. Edit: Going on vacation today. Just resubscribed again to use the app while I'm away. Same issue again. Keeps telling me to contact support. Why is this still an issue? I had a subscription for the month of May and used it then on a trip. It was fine. Now, we're back to issues.

The app used to be fine, but for the past 6 months or so, I'm unable to use it to edit. I loved the quick edit creator but now it freezes up every time. And like others, I feel like I'm paying for a subscription that's now useless. You can't call support (you get a recorded message only directing you to their website support) and the responses back so far have been unhelpful. I guess it's time to cancel my subscription?

I purchased the premium subscription with auto backup and continued paying even when I wasn’t using it for a short period. When I logged back in all of my media was gone. I do not recommend this service. GoPro is not reliable as a cloud-based backup solution, save your money and store your files on your own device. I lost some very important memories because of this.
