Ratings and reviews

I just purchased my first GoPro and just bought an annual subscription. Through much troubleshooting I'm having issues to edit a 2 minute clip without spaces of black screen throughout my video once uploaded. This app should be free if the quality is this buggy. I'm either returning my GoPro today or figuring out a better editing solution. Minimal and very basic song options, and very lengthy wait times for a simple change in templates.

I used this 1.5 years ago after a family vacation and was able to get three special videos out of it. Now, they've seemingly changed it and you can't get ANYTHING done for free with it. They shouldn't even let you attempt it as it becomes a waste of time. I tried Microsoft Clipchamp on PC and LOVED IT! It has that GoPro magic I experienced 1.5 yrs ago times 1000!

GoPro is brilliant from a hardware perspective but they just show their limitations as "hardware people" when it comes to the app. I was having problems transferring pictures through the app because in most hotels you can't connect directly through to the Wi-Fi. It turns out it was the Wi-Fi setting in the camera that was causing a problem. All fine and good, but that's why you have an app. It seems like instead of posting a bunch of things to try the app should be doing this for you.
