I have Premium. The app works well for most things, but for creating my own highlight reels it ALWAYS crashes or can't finish preparing my edits. I have seen other reviews saying the same, but versus doing anything about it, they like to blame your device. They also won't let you use this feature on anything but the mobile app. I can see my media on my laptop, but not my auto-generated highlights or My Edits. I'm giving it 1 star until they fix it or refund me for this.

**UPDATE - The issue was fixed by completely deleting the app from my phone and reinstalling it. Maybe just clearing the cache would've also worked?** The app has become so slow when trying to edit a video. It takes 8-12 seconds everytime I edit a clip or rearrange the clips in the video, where it previously only took a few seconds. When you're editing 30-40 clips per video, this really makes the app unusable.

**edit** the app wasn't working at all. It wouldn't connect to my GoPro and wouldn't allow me to login. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I reconnected my camera and the app is working again. It's fine because it's the only option for my GoPro. I feel like they could make this more user friendly and put out an update (or at least a push notification telling you to uninstall/reinstall) to fix these issues without the user having to figure it out on their own.
