new to go retire, received an email for my quarterly statement. attempted to log in as instructed, with ss# and DOB for the first time. very frustrating as no customer service available on Saturdays. attempted to find an email address to send an email to with no success. after entering SS# and DOB and pressing submit. nothing happened, no return email. wondering who I sent my personal info to. next day still no email with further instructions. Dwnloaded the app and no resolve there either

Are you still unable to login to the application?
Been locked out of my account for weeks now, technicians can't seem to help. They have told me my username is incorrect, even though it's only email address I have. Have tried changing password but doesn't recognize my social or my date of birth. Was instructed to Uninstall and reinstall with technician on phone with me and still didn't work. Technician even tried to log in my account and got nothing. Besides this being scary it's a bunch a bull. Ever since upgrade it's been trouble!!!
