The app doesn’t work at all time. Most of the times all the products got vanished and the app remained loading. Sometime the address got vanished. Also, most of time, the advance orders got cancelled without informing the customer. Only this app provides 1 taka deal in several vegetables. Lastly, it is highly recommended to order in the format of Cash On Delivery.

Too slow delivery, it takes 2h to 2:30 hours. If someone orders product on online, that means it’s urgent, app shows that it will take 38 minutes to deliver the groceries, but in real it takes 5 times more. Then why should we order on this app?

App timing for delivery is not right after 20min from placing order the time count down meter vanished and 25min delivery time became 3/4 hours where the delivery hub distance less than 1km. Taken order doesnt included some time but the bill copy hold all those orders as usual.didnt cross check for delivery is the main issue for this occurrence.
