I'm very disappointed with my experience. I bought a 15-day, 3GB plan, but it never worked in Turkey. I contacted support, but they took 10 hours to give a generic, unhelpful response, suggesting my phone was incompatible despite my providing proof of successful installation and previous eSIM use. This left me without internet, making my trip very difficult.

Tried it in Istanbul, paid using Edahabia card, works perfectly, no issue found, internet is very decent and it worked right away, definitely would recommend 👍🏻
