- The passenger will be able to see the travel history, with the embarkation and disembarkation addresses, driver's name, date and cost.
- In the passengers section, the user can request a trip, choosing up to 10 destinations.
- Choosing a delivery location is possible via the address search bar.
- Once the user submits the trip request, it will search for the nearest driver.
- The driver can accept or reject a trip request.
- Once the trip is confirmed, a notification is sent to the passenger showing some information such as vehicle description, estimated cost of the trip, distance and time.
- In addition, the real-time location and route on the map will be visible to both users, driver and passenger, as the vehicle approaches the pickup location.
- The driver will notify the passenger when he arrives at the pick-up location.
- After the end of the trip, the passenger can make the payment using the standard method previously chosen, such as credit card, debit card, cash, coupon, wallet or voucher.
- The rating is available with passenger and driver, and if it is less than 3 stars, there is the option to present the reason.
