Gostimo.kz is a mobile application for searching and posting short-term rental properties in Kazakhstan.
Three rental formats are supported: daily, hourly and overnight, and it is possible to specify all formats in one ad without the need to duplicate information.
The service is focused on the relevance of offers and the automation of interaction between landlords and tenants. The system provides the following statuses of property availability:
• Available - the property is currently available for rent.
• Available until - a status that is set by the landlord if the property is available only until a certain time.
• Will be available - the property will be available within the next 24 hours; the exact time of release is indicated.
• Occupied - the property is temporarily unavailable. Outdated ads receive this status automatically.
Tenants can send booking requests with check-in in 24 hours and for later dates.
The system of transparent statuses eliminates the need to clarify the availability of real estate.
The intelligent filter displays only suitable and available offers according to the specified parameters.
