Has the potential to be a great app & a alternative to IG, FB & Twitter. Unfortunately for me it's a rather cumbersome app experience, with a few glitches. 1) followers screen is often blank. 2) It's Incredible slow loading between sections. 3) when attempting to upload a picture, you end up just sitting on a black grid screen as if it hasn't uploaded the picture, where after a few seconds you get the app frozen/crashed message & the app closes.

It was fine at the beginning and I was enjoying the posting and following others and gaining followers. Then for no reason I got logged out, that's when I found it impossible to get back in. It no longer recognises my member name. This happened after I changed my password as I had forgotten it. It accepted the change of password but came back with error message that 'member doesn't exist.' when it does. They need to provide support for tech issues which is easy to contact.

WORST APP EVER!!! You can't totally block people who harass you! Even if you manage to block them (you can only block them through the 3 dots on one of their post. There's no block button at all on their profile, and there's no way to report harassment), they can still send you a friend request and they can still see what you comment on! This app is HORRIBLE!!! There's also no help center & no one to help you with whatever issue you might have, and there's no way to delete your account HORRIBLE!

Thank you for the feedback Mylie π You can reach us 24/7 with any issue at better@go-supernova and you can delete your account anytime with the 'Delete My Account' button from the 3 dots on the Profile Page but we'd love you to stay so we'll work on the issues you raise and please email us with any others you would like us to improve thank you π
