Can't rent a bike because the app doesn't work. First it couldn't send a text to my google voice number. Customer chat got me past that. Then I can't confirm my password because the keyboard pops over the box and somehow won't direct keystrokes to it. Customer chat was unresponsive after that. Why can't this be done on a website instead of an app, which would be more compatible and easier to use?

I've been wanting to try this for like two years now, so I'm greatful for a different new experience. The negatives: Handle bars on both bikes were crooked at about a 20 degree angle. Hard to ride with handlebars turned the wrong way. Rode from one kiosk to the next, parking where we were supposed to, and we got a parking fine for $20. They waved the fee when I complained but it wasn't fun thinking I'm getting fined when I didn't do anything wrong. Better to just ride your own bike.

Tried it and it wasn't that fun or useful. Requested a refund and they refused so I paid 16 dollars for about 5 mins of use. Just use another app that will charge by the minute instead of these guys that will just rip you off on purpose. Edit: right after my review they refunded half and said not to use their scooters. No problem at all, won't be doing it again
