The Gotcha! App will help any finder of a lost pet to retrieve instant information about the lost pet and the most direct way to contact the owner. Once the finder scans the QR code tag, the owner will get instant notification about the pet’s location. Couldn't create an account on the app, the loading wheel just kept going. I tried to create an account on their website and that worked, but I could not login in the app. The whole point of getting this collar was for the lost and found app, which seems to be useless. Not really a sustainable business model to market stuff that just doesn't work.

Wanted a review before being able to update? I haven't had to use the service yet. The app (before now, anyway) seemed to work fine. My cat has already chewed marks into the QR code tag, leaving it unreadable :( The app keeps giving a notice that an update is available, which takes me to the main app page in Playstore, which does not give an update option. Now I can't seem to use the app. What is going on?

Awful registration process. You can register but if you're foolish enough to choose Gmail or Facebook it doesn't set a password and if you try and send a password reset it just never Arrives (I'm a net admin by trade so this isn't a spam filter issue the email just never sends). Had to create another email since I can't reset password. Finally got in and registered. Works. Just register with an email and pass. Don't use google of Facebook or you'll be sorry!
