Trega is a delivery management service for any Florist small or large! Enhance customer satisfaction with a real-time delivery status update and confirmation. Send pre-delivery pictures! Drivers can use this app to view assigned routes, capture and send pre-delivery pictures and get turn-by-turn directions. Drivers can also create optimized routes by simply scanning the delivery tickets. Real time delivery confirmations with a name & signature, a picture or a video clip can be sent instantaneously to your buyers/customers. Capture status messages when a recipient is unavailable.. This app works seamlessly with the GotFlowers Platform and desktop delivery management software. All delivery status messages and delivery confirmation details are displayed on your GotFlowers dashboard. Driver's credentials are setup via the desktop account. Option to scan a driver's license for age verification before delivering a package. You will need access to the desk top version of the GotFlowers' Delivery Management system to use this app.
