The user experience is extremely poor. The interface feels rigid, and the controls don’t function properly. The app either fails to remember the last watched episode or records it incorrectly. A sudden network drop makes the app unusable, requiring a full restart to continue using it. I'm glad I tried the app before purchasing a subscription.

Watched the 'Sultan Suleman' series very well last 7 days, but suddenly when i click on a episode video, it doesn’t work, just become static, i have updated the app 2 times, but the problem remains the same.

I had previously bought it for a month, but I couldn't use it properly, and now I can't access your app. Why don't you fix this? I've never seen such useless apps in my life. Now I can't even watch the series. How does an OTT platform work like this? You guys should solve this quickly.
