GoTix Pulse is the official check-in companion for organisers using the GoTix event platform. Scan QR tickets at the entrance to admit attendees instantly — even without an internet connection. Scans queue locally on the device and sync automatically once you're back online, so no admission is ever lost.
Designed for event staff at the door, GoTix Pulse complements the GoTix web platform where organisers create events, sell tickets, and manage attendees.

WHO IS IT FOR
GoTix Pulse is for organisers and venue staff running events through gotix.my — conferences, training programmes, sport meets, galas, school events, and any ticketed gathering where attendance needs to be verified at the door.
If you're an attendee with a ticket, you do NOT need this app — your booking confirmation email contains your QR code, which you simply present at the door.
GETTING STARTED
1. Create an event and sell tickets at gotix.my
2. Invite your door staff to your tenant team (Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer role)
3. Each staff member installs GoTix Pulse, logs in with their tenant credentials, and picks the event
4. Point the camera at attendee QR codes at the door
PRIVACY AND SUPPORT
GoTix Pulse only collects what is necessary to log you in and record the check-ins you perform. Your data is stored on the GoTix servers we operate — never sold or shared with third parties.
