Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work. incorrect local timer warning no matter the time zone, no matter if uts set to automatic. no ability to log into your account and their scooters done even go the range they advertise. to be honest I don't even think I'll sell mine. I'll just burn it infront of their office.

Had I known the scooter had an app, I would have bought ANYTHING ELSE. It's a scooter, it doesn't need Bluetooth or an app that just tells you what you already know cause the scooters tend to have displays. Plus they ask for way too much access to your info and data.

I have a gotrax gxl v2 and I have looked online to see if it was compatible with the app and I didn't see anything so I just got the app and tried and it says press reset button but my scooter doesn't have one so I don't know if it is not compatible or what but pls fix. This app is TRASH!!!!
