TrueNorth Compass is the field companion app for TrueNorth Restoration franchise teams.

IMPORTANT: Compass requires a TrueNorth company account. There is no public sign-up — accounts are provisioned by your franchise administrator.

• Photos — capture and upload project photos straight from the job site, organized by room and visit, with offline queueing
• 360° capture — connect to a Ricoh Theta camera and document entire rooms
• Time — clock in and out of job sites with location-verified shifts
• Dispatch — share your live location with dispatch only while you are clocked in, so the nearest tech can be routed to new emergency calls
• Tasks — track what's assigned to you and mark work complete
• Chat — message your team per project, with photo sharing
• Field visits — structured visit logs, moisture readings, signatures, and customer sign-offs
• Calendar — your schedule, PTO, and project events in one place
