Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an organisation under Government of India to recruit staff for various posts in the various ministries and departments of the government of India and in subordinate offices.

This commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) which consists of chairman, two members and a secretary-cum-controller of examinations.

Not able to save partial data in a page and then complete the rest on their webpage. My webcam wasn't working, so I wanted to use the app just for capturing my photo. But it needed me to upload the signature also as it is on the same page. It wants me to scroll through all the previous "saved" pages and confirm my "save" if I had to complete the rest later. So many redundant operations. I don't get the rationale behind doing that. Aadhaar authentication returns session timeout error everytime!

The ssc app and website both are full of glitches. Being the main portal for government exams but people sitting there doesn't know how to handle simple app and website. After trying so many attempts to verify my details there were some details it always show missed out though filled on the website and when go there to fill up the section the section was not getting selected. Due to which I missed my deadline and was not able to complete the application

The app is not working at all. I have been trying to submit my application for CGL 2026 for the past 3–4 days, but the app is not even starting. Every time I try to open it, a blank white or black window pops up on my mobile screen and that's all this app is capable of at this point of time. I have updated it to the latest version, cleared my device's cache memory, restarted and did everything I can. But it's not working at all.
