JAWS (Job and Worksite Support) is a mobile platform that helps NiSource employees and contractors to gain access to job aids, reference materials and training in the office or in the field.

JAWS contains standards, step-by-step, reference materials, manufacturer instructions, videos, and on-the-job training and support. Leveraging a recommendation engine, JAWS will suggest the most relevant content based on the employee’s role and location. Users can search for specific content by keyword or tags, bookmark frequently used content, and annotate with notes for future reference.

• The Assigned page now offers collapsible sections to make it easier for learners to navigate their assignments
• Fixes an issue where audio may not stop playing after closing a learning object that had embedded audio
• Fixes a rare issue where feedback would fail to be logged if a learning object linked to another learning object
