I used this app once over a year and a half ago on a vacation. I found out that was just charged a "surge fee" for that one use last week ... A year and a half later. I looked this up and there's hundreds more like this from others, and the company is saying "oops we messed up sorry". DO NOT USE THIS APP. They will keep your CC info and charge you arbitrarily hoping you don't notice or it's a small amount so you won't care. Don't let them get away with this.

I'd give these scammers 0 stars if I could. It's been over 1 year since I used their service to ride their scooters and it was less than 5min i was on that thing, only wanted to try it. Only now am I getting a "delayed" charge. I can't seem to remove my credit card info from their app. Looked it up and many others have been getting random charges to their cards to. BEWARE, you can't remove credit card info from their app

Not only are their scooters barely usable and slow, they tried to charge me an extra 5 bucks a year later for a 10 minute ride at 3pm ("surge fee"). You can't retroactively charge people. And no, it wasn't an accident - I got a text explaining what the charge was. Even if it accidentally went to me, the fact that it's a form text shows that it's a form they DO send out. Oh, and they never refunded the charge. NOTE: the 5 star reviews are bought and copied! Check if you don't believe me!
