Not only are their scooters barely usable and slow, they tried to charge me an extra 5 bucks a year later for a 10 minute ride at 3pm ("surge fee"). You can't retroactively charge people. And no, it wasn't an accident - I got a text explaining what the charge was. Even if it accidentally went to me, the fact that it's a form text shows that it's a form they DO send out. Oh, and they never refunded the charge. NOTE: the 5 star reviews are bought and copied! Check if you don't believe me!

Used the app once on vacation. The scooters were filthy, the one I rode had a lopsided wheel and shook violently. Figured this would be an economical way to go a couple miles, but it was double the price of what it would have cost to call an Uber. Not to mention when we got to our destination, we found we had to backtrack and park elsewhere, a mile away from our destination, then walk. Over a year later, I just randomly got a new charge on my credit card from this company?? Advice: Stay away!

My experience is good. With the app, urban travel has been simplified and become enjoyable. Is easy to locate e-bikes and e-scooters. And the integration with maps for navigation is a game-changer. The app's ease of use, from renting to unlocking, makes for a hassle-free experience. Riding these scooters is a pure thrill, allowing me to rediscover my city with excitement. It make me want to keep exploring my city every single day.
