I used this for all of two days and it felt a bit like pulling teeth. There are no experiences in Wales, customer service don't know what they're talking about at all and are incredibly unhelpful when something goes wrong (and it will, it's glitchy, at the cost of your balance).

Seems okay at the moment. annoyed it didn't tell me the Experiances are only in 5 cities and nowhere near my home so all the reward points i will never use. The app is so basic and pushing towards getting you to pay a monthly subscription. but will test it over the coming months. and will come back if it's no good and change my review

steer clear of these. customer service is awful. if you need something, it takes over 2 weeks just to get a reply, and there is no other way of contacting them, massive security issue when they are dealing with people's money, say someone had stole my card , how would I get hold of you? wait 2 weeks till they've spent all my money. absolute disgrace.
