wish I read the "5 star reviews" as they are clearly all fake. had my account blocked for no reason whatsoever and they've stolen my money and won't respond to messages. what's more is that a 220 pound transfer I put into the account arrived in chunks which I've never seen any other bank do so obviously they are up to no good during the extended transfer times

In a nutshell: Horrific customer service. Changed my credit limit without any warning, other than a notification as it happened. Then proceeded to be of zero use helping via the help chat to the point they were responding to someone else's conversation in my help chat.

Terrible..Will be closing this account.. transferd money into the account & for some reason it has not been received. contacted customer service they said there could be delays because of the weekend so wait until the next day. I have & still nothing. on top of that I have now been charged £12 for a late direct debit that I would of had money for had the payment of been received. customer service have not helped or responded in time to sort this.
