My work was just erased, and I can't seem to get anybody to help me. I sent it to [e-mail] four days ago, and it has been even longer since I sent the email. You have yet to respond. This is completely unacceptable. I spend a lot of time doing work using your AI, only for it to simply erase it. Now it is stuck in a loop and is barely usable. On top of that, you are increasing the price? What exactly are you doing to fix these serious problems?

I would rate this 5/5, but I’m giving it a 3 because the generated output, especially the code frequently contains bugs. Even after multiple follow-up messages, the issues persist. If the problem is resolved, I will revisit and update the review.

I've read the reviews, but thought they were exaggerated. I can't believe the 50 free credits are LITERALLY enough for only one prompt. Then you ask me to pay, why? Is your product any good? I have absolutely no idea... I can't even try the other models, what is the point of having multiple free models then?
