About this app

GPG Assistant is the application designed for individual Private Security Guards or Trust Services who want to manage their daily activities in an organized and professional manner. It combines shift planning, hourly calculations, location management, and access to relevant regulations, patrol services, and much more in a single tool. It works completely offline and stores data on the device.

The app is designed exclusively for Italy and is entirely in Italian.

SHIFT MANAGEMENT
- Monthly calendar with an instant view of the shifts entered.
- Quick entry using preset shifts or a custom schedule.
- Add, edit, and delete shifts, even across multiple days at once.
- Day types: work, vacation, leave, sick leave, and rest.
- Shift start and end stamping, stored for personal reference.

HOURS AND PAY CALCULATION
- Automatic calculation of hours worked, including night hours based on the set time slot.
- Overtime management, with a configurable threshold and manual override for each shift.
- Monthly summary of hours with the option to share.
- Approximate gross pay estimate based on set parameters.

WORKPLACES AND LOCATION
- Service location details with address and coordinates.
- Optional location verification when clocking in, with a configurable radius.

SYNCHRONIZATION WITH GOOGLE CALENDAR
- Sign in with your Google account to export shifts as events.
- Reliable reminders managed by Google Calendar and available on all devices.
- Events include the time and location of service.

TRAINING AND REGULATIONS
- Reference manual on the TULPS (Italian Social Security Act) with links to official regulations.
- Guides to the main types of service.
- Self-assessment quizzes.

SHOOTING RANGE
- List of shooting ranges throughout Italy with address and distance.
- Filter by type: classic and dynamic.
- Map view.

PERSONAL DATA AND EQUIPMENT
- Personal file with decree, firearms license, and related expiration dates.
- Weapons management: type, model, caliber, and serial number.
- Section dedicated to the union.
- Personal notes.

BACKUP AND PRIVACY
- Export and import data via file, so nothing is lost if you reinstall or change your device.
- Light and dark theme.
- No mandatory account or server: data remains on your device. Google login is optional and is used only for calendar synchronization.
