App doesnt work properly. Notifications do not update and cannot be viewed. last successful notification received was early 2025, any other communication or notification thereafter has not beem receiced. Only OSA uathentication works and results page. App has been updated to latest version, and the refresh tabs have been pressed numerously on the notifications page, yet no new notifications recieved. A notification was sent today on the app during OSA, and once I opened it, there was nothing!

First year students and can't login to app. Keep getting "wrong password" even though it is the correct password. Then when selecting forgot password it asks for ID only to get a notification that the "user does not exist" even though I am registered.

I had a very bad experience. It was very difficult to log in, had to change my password multiple times. When it eventually did accept my credentials, the app logged me out but eventually I was able to log in after coupler days of trying, also I straggled with receiving OTP number. All I can say is that the process is t user friendly, I had to send emails to help desk which I think it was also not so helpful. Connect site also has too much confusing information rather than being straight forward.
