GPIS Mobile is the mobile companion to your school's attendance and
secure pickup system — built for parents/guardians and campus staff.

FOR PARENTS & GUARDIANS
• Create time-limited QR pickup passes for anyone authorized to collect
your child
• Manage a list of trusted authorized persons, each with a photo for
fast verification at the gate
• Track your child's check-in and check-out status in real time
• Get notified when your child arrives, is picked up, or if a pickup is
placed on hold
• View attendance history for each child
• Manage multiple children from one account

FOR CAMPUS STAFF (teachers, guards, and other school staff)
• Scan pickup pass QR codes with your camera
• Instantly verify the authorized person's photo before releasing a
student
• Record attendance entry and exit with one tap
• Place a pickup on hold or raise an alarm if something looks wrong,
with an optional reason
• Keep scanning even without a signal — passes sync automatically once
you're back online

SECURE BY DESIGN
Every pickup pass is time-limited and tied to a verified photo, so staff
always know who they're releasing a student to. Accounts use secure
email-based sign-in, and guardian accounts add a one-time code (2FA) at
login for extra protection.
